Industrial Uses Of Biomass

It’s now possible to turn agricultural crop wastes into energy and other valuable products. We have designed, manufactured, and installed hundreds of biomass boiler systems for small applications requiring process steam as well as large systems such as electrical generation and co-generation.

Working with us is easy. We handle the entire project development process and don’t charge a cent until the plant starts producing.

Renewable Thermal Fuels for Industry

Cost Competitive and Locally Available

Low Pressure Steam Generation

Almost any coal boiler can be easily retrofitted to use a mixture of agricultural biomass and coal, or can remove coal requirements completely. In areas with intermittent supply of coal, or high traffic urban areas, switching to agricultural biomass fuels can have a positive impact on localized air quality as well.

Industrial Heating and Cooling

Energy used for heating and cooling accounts for roughly 50 percent of total global energy needs and contributes approximately 39 percent of energy-related carbon dioxide emissions. Despite this large footprint, and the ease of implementing fuel switches with existing technology, the use of renewable energy for heating and cooling applications, including biomass, remains a giant, untapped market opportunity.

Consumer Goods and Food Processing

Utilizing biomass fuel instead of coal in food processing can be implemented with no breakdown in input quality or supply reliability.
